They say, Buddhism is not a religion, it is a practice. No Mud No Lotus is a dedication to the practice of mindfulness. There can be distractions and noises around us which may disturb our focus. It can deviate us from our path. However, our mindfulness can protect us from getting derailed. Such distraction (mud) sometimes becomes our most significant driving force which makes us desperate to reach our goal (lotus). Reaching our destination becomes our biggest challenge surpassing the distractions. The mindfulness practitioners may lose a small game but seem to win in life!
