Your society has a lot of empty spaces to house her potential. Thus, Include Her and make a good choice! Do not find reasons to strike out her existence. You will not be giving her a chance because the norm makes you do so. Test her, validate her, and then assign her the rightful task per her assessment. She does not need your sympathy or special treatment. She rather needs equal space and respect. When she is wrong it is because she is just another human being and not because she belongs to the “weaker” labeled gender. That label is not her, it is given to her by this ruthless society to which she belongs.
